The location of the hotel is excellent, being close to downtown and within walking distance of the town center. the views from the roof terrace are stunning and the house offers plenty of space for families. the house is clean and tidy, with Maria being a helpful and friendly host.
The twin bedroom is quite small for two adults, which may be uncomfortable.

Spotlessly clean and amazing value. Maria was lovely, giving us helpful information and waiting for us. The sun terrace has a jaw-dropping view. Just a 10-minute walk from the old town with mini food markets along the way. A short walk to the city center, with a nice bar, restaurant, and swimming pool nearby. The house is spacious and perfectly located. The free parking and calm neighborhood were a bonus. Edgar and Maria were so friendly and welcoming. If we ever return to Madeira, we would love to stay here again. Recommended nearby restaurants and bar are fantastic.

Clean and well-equipped house - with a fabulous roof terrace. Great location - just a short stroll to the heart of the old town and various bus terminals. Super friendly hosts - Edgar and Maria - who provided excellent communication and a warm welcome. The nearest restaurant - O Tasca, and the local bar - Barreirinha Bar Café - come highly recommended.

I always return to this amazing place because the staff helped me with my bags on my first visit. It has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, valet parking, kitchen equipment, flat-screen TV, express check-in. Can't wait to be back for Christmas!

cleanliness: the whole house was sparkling clean and well-maintained. location: just a short walk away from the town center - making it easy to explore on foot. local insights: we discovered a lovely bar and restaurant nearby - as well as a swimming pool in the sea. friendly host: the host was incredibly friendly and helpful - making our stay even more enjoyable.
Couldn't recommend more.
